ART Vacation Homes was born from a shared dream between two partners who, in addition to being business partners, are longtime friends with children of the same age. In 2016, they bought a house in Orlando with the goal of creating unforgettable memories with their families, exploring the magic of the parks and the city’s experiences. Over time, they realized that, through their tourism-related companies in Brazil and the United States, they could not only make the most of their vacations, but also increase the occupancy of the house and its profitability throughout the year. Thus, they began their journey as reservation agents, focusing on offering excellent service, exceeding the expectations of guests and ensuring that both they and the Property Manager came out on top. As occupancy increased, profitability grew, generating a cycle of satisfaction and success, which made the contract between them and the Property Managers longer and happier. The direct and attentive service to guests brought immediate feedback in the form of extremely positive reviews, and it was not long before other owners and Property Managers began seeking ART Vacation’s services. Today, the company manages more than 60 properties in Orlando, Algarve and will soon be expanding to new countries in Europe.
